Banana Bread/Muffins


• 10oz/280g of self-rising flour
• 5oz/140g white or brown sugar
• 3 eggs beaten
• 3 ripe bananas, mashed
• ½ teaspoon of baking powder
• 4oz/110g of oats fruit and nut
• 1 apple
• ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
• 7oz/200g of melted margarine

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius, gas mark 4
2. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl
3. Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl
4. Mix the wet and dry mixtures together
5. Put in a well greased loaf tin
6. Bake in the pre-heated over for 1 & ½ hours
